Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We Don't accept order cancellation if 12h has passed.

We Don't accept returns or exchanges for the Clotech x Acronym Jacket, Please check your size carefully.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Clotechnow ships to addresses over the world, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Clotechnow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Customs & Import Taxes – U.S. Customers only.

Please note that all orders shipped to the United States from our store are considered international shipments and may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that:

Due to temporary restrictions, shipments to the USA are currently on hold. As soon as shipping resumes, orders will be processed and dispatched without delay.

You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for packages returned due to refusal to pay import fees.

If a package is returned to us for this reason, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.

Damages

Clotechnow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
